Return Policy

1. For all items, if the box is unopened, we will refund your original purchase price, however, we do not refund the $5.00 shipping fee incurred. Refunds will be given after we receive the product.

2. For all NEW items, if the box is opened and the item is not defective, we will refund your original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. In addition, we do not refund any shipping fees incurred. Refunds will be given after we receive & test the product.

3. If it is defective, you must follow the manufacturer's warranty policy. No refunds will be granted. Please feel free to contact us for any assistance needed in processing your warranty. If the warranty is provided by MidnightBox.com, we must be contacted within 30 days from the sale date regarding the issue. If the product is available, a replacement would be sent, otherwise a full refund would be processed.

Please note, it is the buyers' responsibility to pay for shipping charges if the item needs to be sent back.
