How We Work
- How Long Does Each Sale Last?
Each of our deals runs for 3 days (that's 72 hours!) or until it is all sold, whichever happens first!
- How many can I buy?
Our daily deal offerings are limited to a maximum purchase quantity of 5 units within the first 24 hours of the product launch with some products further limited to as low as 1 unit. Do you want more at once? There are no purchase restrictions on days 2 and 3, so feel free to buy as many as you like!
- Why is my shipping cost more than $3.99?
Our shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 per item. If you ordered more than one item, the shipping cost will go up depending on how many items you ordered.
- Can I combine shipping on multiple items, or the same item?
No. Our shipping is and will always be $3.99 per item, there are no exceptions, no matter what.
- What if I missed a deal?
Once our deals are over, they are done. Keep an eye on the site, you never know, the deal may come back!
- What is a Box-A-Thon?
A Box-A-Thon is a selling format where a different product is launched immediately after the sellout of the previous product. - What is a Mystery Box?
Mystery Boxes are just as they are listed - a box of random crap that sometimes has a few gems in it. Please note that because they are boxes of crap, Mystery Boxes themselves or anything that comes in a mystery box is not covered by our 30 day warranty or our 14 day return policy. They are not returnable, no matter what.
- Pricing Policy
Due to the fast pace of the consumer electronics industry, and our determination to provide our customers with our best possible pricing and up-to-the-minute savings, all prices are subject to change without notice.
Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference.
The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.
With our product availability, smart pricing, and our level of service, we offer a superb shopping experience. Having that in mind, we do not offer price protection.

- Products can end up being labeled "recertified" for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
- Open box product was returned from customer back to store for reasons other than being defective.
- Open box product was returned from customer back to store because the item was missing an accessory.
- Product was returned to manufacturer for warranty issue.
- These open box items are sent back to the manufacturer or other authorized site with qualified technicians whom then begin the refurbishing process.
- Every product targeted for refurbishing or reconditioning must pass a thorough examination by qualified technicians.
- Each item is checked and re-checked for proper working condition and quality. In fact, recertified goods have a very low (2-percent) rate of return.
- After repairing any defect and sanitizing when necessary, the product is professionally repackaged, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition.
- Recertified products maintain the same quality standards as brand new products.
- The price you pay for a refurbished or reconditioned item is much lower than retail price.
- All recertified items carry a warranty.

- These items are store returns that have been tested to be in working condition.

- I live outside of the Continental US, why can't I register?
Currently we only ship to the Continental 48 States. If you live outside the Continental US you cannot register for the site, which means you cannot purchases items either.

- How do I place an Order?
Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Do you have any questions? Click here and select "New Order Help" to contact our knowledgeable sales representatives.
- Where do I find my Order Number?
A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. The order number will start with MB and be followed by a number. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please email customer service to verify if your order had been received.
- How long does it take to process my order?
Our orders will be processed for shipping the business day after the deal has ended. Vendors who ship from the Continental US typically ship within 5-7 business days from the day after the deal ends. Occasionally we do run deals from vendors who ship from overseas and these orders may take up to 14 days to process. Product offerings that require extra time are identified with an extended expected delivery time frame displayed right below the Add to Cart button.
- What is the difference between a business day and a day?
A business day is a day that businesses are open. This is generally Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays. After all, if we're not in the office, we aren't doing work.
Payment and Shipping
- What Payment Options Are There?
We accept several major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- What "taxes" are charged by MidnightBox.com?
MidnightBox.com will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of New York. We do NOT charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states. If your credit card billing address is in the state of NY and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. An 8.75% (Erie County, NY) sales tax is automatically calculated on both the value of the product's and the shipping charge as required by New York State law.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
You can only cancel orders if the deal is still ongoing. Please please click here to email our customer service department with your cancellation request.
If the deal has ended, and your order has been updated to Processing or Shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If you decide you do not want the order, please click here to see our 14 day return policy. Once we receive the order in our warehouse, we will process the refund less our shipping and processing cost.
Please do not refuse delivery, as that will return the package back to the vendor. We cannot process any refunds until the order is physically received in our warehouse.
We are unable to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. You may place a new order subject to our current availability and pricing.
- Where can I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order on our website at anytime clicking the link at the top of the page titled "Order Status". Enter your order number and billing zip code to view the status of the order. You may also contact our Customer Support for order status information.
- What shipping options are available?
The only shipping option available is our MidnightBox Flat Rate Service of $3.99 per item. We will choose the method of shipment based on the order itself - it could be UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service. Certain orders will require a signature at the time of delivery, if this is the case you will be made aware of the requirement prior to placing the order.
- Do you deliver to APO/FPO Addresses?
No. All orders must be shipped to an address where a delivery confirmation or tracking number can be used.
- How long does shipping take?
After orders are shipped, transit time varies based on distance to ship to address and can vary from 2-14 business days for products shipped from the Continental US. Please allow 3-5 weeks for shipping for products that are shipping internationally. Deals that require extra time are identified with an extended expected delivery time frame right below the Add to Cart button.
- Can I change my shipping address?
Once a deal has ended, and the order is processing or shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If the deal is still ongoing, you can change the shipping address so it matches your billing address by contacting customer service here. Be sure to provide the correct billing address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address in the Order Confirmation email that is received upon completion of making the order.
- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Before you email customer service, give it a few days (US Postal tracking can take some time) and try the number on fedex.com, usps.com, and ups.com. If you are still having issues, you can email customer service.
- My tracking says the item was delivered, but I don't have it!
If the tracking says it was delivered, then it was delivered, and we are not responsible for sending a new one out. Unfortunately, apart from giving the carrier an address, we have no control over where they deliver the package. We recommend calling the carrier with the tracking number, looking in weird places (back doors, garages, inside a grill, inside a dog house, under a porch - all of these are places customers have reported finding their packages!) and asking your neighbors if they received a package with your name on it.
Returns and Customer Service
- My item came and it doesn't work! What can I do?
All of our products with the exception of Mystery Boxes have a thirty day warranty. You can see the process by clicking here.
- This isn't what I thought it was, can I give it back?
All of our products with the exception of Mystery Boxes are returnable via our 14 day return policy. If it has been longer than 14 days, we will not accept any returns.
- When does my warranty start?
All of our warranties begin on the date the product is delivered to you. If you bought the product to be used as a gift, and it is opened after the warranty has expired, it is no longer covered. There are no exceptions to this rule.

- I want an answer now! Can I just call you?
No. All of our customer service now goes entirely through email.
- I'm a wholesaler/retailer, can I buy more than five items in bulk?
If the items last for longer than the first day, you absolutely can! After Day One, the gloves are off, and you can buy as many as you want!
