any one else kind of suprised there has been no response as to last nights debacle?..

you would think that an event like the Magic Box would have been an important enough event for at least one of the owners to pop in and check out what was going on. Were they scared by the feeding frenzy that was happening? Do they not care enough to try and stop all the fuss immediatly? Were they too busy playing video games to remember that it would probably be in their best interests for at least one of them to stop in around midnight for a few minutes..? and its kind of funny that Synace and Kevind refer to the mystery person who is supposed to be scouring the boards looking for customer service issues... how come that mystery person haven't posted any reply's to the issues?

If suezb is really gone, i reallly feel sorry for the guys. Not that the other game masters aren't great in their own right, but suezb has really been the glue holding this place together for the last couple of months.

The game masters are basically left watching the store anymore, without the ability to do anything about the lack of customer service, or follow up that the box is becomming known for, and doing it on a volunteer basis.

Oh well... at this point, not really gonna miss the box anymore.

well.. KevinD did answer these questions and more in the Magic Box thread..somewhat..

once again, it looks like they really would like this thing to work, but just don't have the manpower to watch all aspects of it.

I still would think it might be in their best interests to at least have one of them monitoring the forums each night... even with the volunteer game masters there... might avoid situations like this
