Subject pretty much says it all. Whats the deal with alot of people getting non Disney items in their "Disney" boxes? I for one got a Barbie watch, which is a Mattel property, not a Disney Property. This was my first purchase from Midnight Box and will be the last until this situation is rectified.
Appreciate the mini mouse pad, though.

Kevin posted earlier that he would get back to us today. Guess what... as of 3:50pm EDT there is no response. He also stated that they would be enjoying the holiday weekend. With a goof of the proportion, how could the guys just forget about it for the weekend and leave everything hanging? If they aren't willing to work at all on the weekend... this place is in big trouble.
The only appropriate response is to give a prompt refund to anyone who got a Barbie watch. Anything less is to persist in a scam. Period.
I'm not sure what they have to "think" about.
I've also never heard so many excuses. "The Warehouse did it..." "Marketing did it..." Haven't they ever heard of the expression "The buck stops here?"
This incident has been shameful.

Wow.. Daddy's ban has been lifted i see,
I will obviously be the first to criticize MB for their wrongdoings... but on the same token, KevinD, did anounce he would be celebrating all day today, and they would get back with us this week... (today is Dyngus Day)
This is in no way letting them off the hook, or forgetting about the issues, but this is not such a priority in anyones life that a day of celebration with the family should be interrupted. I would expect the same consideration if it was Christmas, Thanksgiving, or any holiday I celebrated...
Patience and Persistance..

WOW! I just saw a commercial advertising Disney and nowhere did I see any mention about Barbie, but yet I received a kids Barbie watch. Does MB know something we don't? Is Barbie planning a coup and taking over the Magic Kingdom? It must be so being MB is sending Barbie watches instead of the token Disney item described in the sales pitch. Inquiring minds want to know!

wrong - this is not a business holiday - midnightbox.com is open for business and they should be open for customer service issues such as this as well.

In addition, the "mini mouse pad" is actually a coaster. I thought the same thing when they first came in
THANK YOU!

chill, i sent an email saying I was disappointed that I recieved a non-disney item, they got back to me within 30 min with a resolution, it was pretty simple. Now just got to wait if to see if the resolution is actually gonna happen, but id rather not start a discussion about that until then broadcast cause im pretty sure theyre kicking their own butts for this magic box situation...
