Since I have not received my Mystery Box AND I've sent 2 emails, this is my last attempt at satisfaction before I contact my credit card company. After I sent the first email, I received a reply asking for my mailing address so a replacement Mystery Box could be sent out. Since then, I have not heard one word. Has anyone else had the same problem???

You are lucky you got one response.
I have emailed three times, two different ways, and received no response. Not one. And, still no mystery box. I guess I will have to contact my credit card company as well.
I can understand things getting lost in the mail. But, no response to three inquiries via email is very poor customer service.

All emails are responded to using "reply to". If you are not getting the responses, there is nothing I can do. Make sure you do not have a spam filter on or something like that. All Mystery Boxes were shipping on 3/13. USPS did lose a few, it does happen. If your tracking number shows "delivered", then there is nothing we can do about it. You will have to check with your local delivery person to see if they remember the package. If you have not received a replay to a previous message, try emailing us again and check your filtering.
Thank you!

My package was reported "delivered" a few days before my husband's box arrived, yet I never got it. I already talked to my mail carrier and he does NOT remember delivering any packages to us for the week of 3/14-3/21. For that matter, I know for a fact that we didn't receive any packages for the last couple of weeks in March. I don't have a spam filter on my email account but I have been checking the bulk mail filter just in case. I've never gotten any email from you except for 2... one confirming my order and the other to let me know it was shipped. I received those without any problems so I know I haven't gotten a reply from you as you have stated. I would like this matter to be resolved with a replacement box and soon because this is very poor customer service and you've already taken my money.

lol, how is it poor customer service if the tracking shows 'delivered'... sounds like a USPS issue to me.

It's not the part about the USPS that I'm mad about... that's a whole other issue and I agree with you that they do have delivery issues (or rather the lack of delivery in some cases).
What made me mad was when they posted that ALL emails were responded to when I know for a fact that mine were not. I have gotten emails from them before without any problems and I found it irritating for them to state something I know wasn't true... at least in my case. I emailed at least twice AND posted a few times and never got a response and that was what I found to be poor. Yes, I could've bit the bullet and said "oh well" about the package but after not hearing from them, I decided not to drop it. I admit it's petty, but if a customer tries to contact you, you should respond. Don't you hate it when people don't return your calls/emails? That's what upset me.
Oh and by the way, I DID get a response after I posted my message. Apparently I got someone's attention and it's being worked out. My mail carrier has also heard from me and has been informed that he dropped the ball on this one and needs to start double checking addresses.

A Package marked as Delivered by the USPS means nothing. It can be left on a doorstep and stolen it can be misdelivered and marked delivered. Just because it shows the USPS marked it delivered doesn't mean the person ever received it.

Been there, done that, got tired of banging my head against a tree, stopped buying from a certain site that shall remain nameless.

That's the absolute worst thing I've ever seen in my life. I had a package, sent by USPS, from Amazon, show up as delivered online. I waited, and it still didn't show up. I emailed Amazon, 12 hours later a replacement order had been placed for me, sent 2nd day air.
That's how you handle stuff that doesn't show up. You don't tell people there's nothing you can do. It's not their fault if the delivery company doesn't deliver the product. The customer is buying a product from you, and you're suppose to deliver the product. Just because you mailed the item doesn't mean you're free of obligations. Just because it shows as delivered, doesn't mean it really is.
If you're going to tell people "there's nothing we can do" at least give them a little help if you want to lose a customer. How about telling them (taken from USPS) - "If expected mail has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time (we suggest you wait at least 14 days from its date of mailing), complete PS Form 1510 - Mail Loss Rifling Report. This form is available at your local Post Officeâ„¢." You can call USPS too. They may not be able to help you right away, but they could probably put in a inquiry and have it forwarded to your local USPS location.
