D-Link DE-220PCT - ISA Network Adapter
Description
The DE-220PCT adapter incorporates the Plug 'N Play technology to allow Plug 'N Play computer systems to automatically configure their installed network cards completely without users' intervention. Ease of use is the most important feature of the DE-220PCT adapter regardless of the type of PC that is used. After inserting an adapter in the computer, configuration is a breeze with both traditional PC systems (those without PnP functionality) and the newer Plug 'N Play compliant generation. With Non-PnP PCs, all that is needed to do is insert the card in the computer, then run a menu-driven setup program. On Plug 'N Play systems, the only thing to do is drop the card into an ISA slot! All configuration is handled entirely by the computer's BIOS and operation system.

I don't know how many of these are still in use here, we have a few of the PCI version as well. Our network is a mix of 10Mbs BNC cables and 10Mbs twisted pair hubs with built in BNC connections. I keep thinking I'll come in some weekend and update everything to gigabit twisted pair, but I always find better things to do with my weekends.
No need to fix it if it isn't broken.
I was paying about $15 each for these things from Fry's a few years back.

Yes but those are "pulls" These are new from MB. I so want to know what local comp shop that went under they still found these new.
I am so tempted for memorabilia sake to grab a few NIB for my archive

My newegg order just shipped out for the PC I'm building (specs below for the fun of it). I should totally get one of these to go with it. </sarcasm>
NZXT Apollo Case, EVGA Motherboard 680i, Core2Duo 2.4, 2GB DDR2-800, WD Raptor X, BFG 640MB 8800GTS OC2.... That network adapter fits in, doesn't it?

I was just wondering...I had earned 1000 points in a game just over a week ago, but they have not shown up in my account yet. It was led by backwerds on the May 29, Radio Transmitter (link: http://www.midnightbox.com/forum/message/id/61428#61428
). I know the points have to be approved and all that, first...but I was just curious
This is one cheap Box!! The shipping almost kills it, but its still a bargain.

i do have some p200's running as kiosks but they will take a pci nic if the isa goes bad, and a couple Network Scanjet 5 (its got a 486 in it) that run linux that i had to put an isa nic in. they are out there, but they are certainly not common
