This post is a review of T-Mobile Sony Ericsson GC79 GPRS Wireless LAN Wi-Fi Card Modem
Rated 8.8 out of 10

Verdict

The GC79 delivers good ease of use and solid performance over both Wi-Fi and mobile phone networks. Sadly, some of its more exotic features, such as EAP-SIM and fast GPRS can’t be utilised until the cellular infrastructure is upgraded... Read Full Review.

Pros

* Slick installation and good software client/manager
* WLAN and GPRS in one device
* Good performance
* Surprising bonus on the WLAN front

Cons

* Second SIM required

May I recommend ramen noodles, hoops & wheelies. Eat like a queen Smile And save cash. + 10% off discount.

You could always pimp yourself out on one of those cam sites.

I used to cook them M&Cheese ( No butter or milk) , and spaghetti when I first came to this country in a coffee pot. You can easily eat for 1 month for 5-7 USD. And save your pay. Bathe at work, And sleep in the store room Smile

You with this advice will have that camera np.

P.S. Yes I am legal here, with dual citizenship.

I am on the fence on this. The price beats everything I can find, including eBay. But, I don't know if I can justify spending $50.00 a month for the service for it. I don't think I would use it that much. It is a great novelty item and if I traveled more, I would be all over it. So, I am good with the deal. I am just trying to justify it.

That's exactly why I wanted to know if it was supported with T-mobile's Pre-paid service.
