I really cannot recall, sometime in May when classes ended. The customer service rep claimed they were looking for a replacement in an e-mail response I received, but that has been it.

I doubt that is the case, the site has been neglected more and more since Kevind and synace lessened their involvement. The famous "Mall" is a running joke (unless of course you are desperate for a vacuum cleaner) and is never changed or increased (remember when they promised hundreds of items?) Rolling Eyes

Anyway, we loyal few wait until someone wakes up and realizes that they are missing out on greatness (well at least not mediocrity)!
