Linksys Compact Wireless-G Internet Video Camera
Description
The Linksys Compact Wireless-G Internet Video Camera sends live video through the Internet to a web browser anywhere in the world! This compact, self-contained unit lets you keep track of your home, your kids, your workplace -- whatever's important to you. Unlike standard "web cams" that require an attached PC, the Internet Video Camera contains its own web server, so it can connect directly to a network, either over Wireless-G (802.11g) networking, or over 10/100 Ethernet cable. The advanced MPEG-4 video compression produces a high-quality, high-framerate, up to 320x240 video stream. The Compact Internet Video Camera's unique form-factor and wireless connectivity allows you to mount it on a wall nearly anywhere, or slip it into its included stand for desktop use. Once it's connected to your home network, you can "see what it sees" from any Windows-based PC in the house, while the video stream is secured from the outside world, hidden behind your Router. If
you want the video to be visible from outside your home network, you can open an appropriate port on the Router, and then create password protected accounts to manage access to the camera, or leave it wide open for the world to see. The SoloLink domain service (trial sign-up included) lets you access your camera using an easy-to-remember "name", even if your home Internet connection uses a dynamic IP address. You can also turn on Security Mode, which tells the camera to send a message with a short video attached to up to three email addresses whenever it detects motion in its field of view. You can then log onto the live video stream if the situation warrants. The included Viewer & Recorder utility lets you record the audio/video stream to your local hard drive, "live" or on a predetermined schedule.

My average delivery time is 4 days from my placed order. Times may vary, Like when USPS gets confused and forgets which place they delivered (Usually can find), Or Fedex decides to leave my packages on the freakin' public sidewalk (Buh bye + Claim ='s more time for delivery).
Should purchase one of these cams for my door? eh'
Hmmm yup seems like a good idea. A bit strapped for cash atm.
It seems I'll have to pay for a frog to stay at an irish pub for a night so he doesn't get arrested for loitering on a boardwalk bench waiting for the bus (25USD).
ALL of my most recent complaints have been answered and corrected from "Chris" could not ask for more help than from a specialist. Keep in mind MBox keeps normal business hours. Be a bit more understanding for the savings.
/me wanders off *Poof*

Heck if I know. Going on a small family vacation and meeting an on-line pal who we call the frog, OR tony .... I'm Cheap but do not want him to get in trouble or have to ride the bus very late at night. Found a nice place on the boardwalk he can stay till the morning. Great reviews + better for their food
And it is above a bar so the frog can grow to a 300lbs prize fighter. My family will be staying at either the hilton or howard johnson to not get in his angry wrath.

Frogs don't belong anywhere near salt water. It de-hydrates us. I am a calm conniticut country frog, and am much happier setting on a fresh river in the woods fishing, than in a glitzy discoball casino packed with noisey crowds. Keep your coupon book room, I won't be there .

I've looked into this cam's specs for use at my house, to watch the driveway. It is good, as it needs no wires strung through the house, it transmitts to your wireless router.
What kept me from getting it, is that the window the video is displayed in is only 320 x 240. Similar units can be had for $80 that display a 640 x 480 frame.
So if you're going to use this as a webcam you are going to look very small to the other party.
