G3 Logitech Mouses Not what they are

So I am a brand new user to midnightbox, And well my first impression of the site is nice, But im a bit concerned on my purchase of the g3 logitech laser mice that were on the other day. Well they showed up and sure enough they are not what they were sold as to be. They are the the logitech v200s that are wireless and optical. So im trying to find out how to send these back for the mice that i bought in the first place. Im also trying to find out if there is a customer support number.

We apologize for the shipping mistake with the G3 Mice. We realized immediately after the mice were picked up by UPS on Thursday afternoon that the wrong product was sent and contacted our UPS representative to have the packages returned to us. We did ship the correct mice on our next business day which was Monday 8/11/08. Unfortunately UPS was unable to recall the packages and they were delivered to the customer so each customer would receive one package with the wrong mice but also a second package with the correct ones. Customer accounts were updated with the correct tracking numbers.

An email was sent to each customer stating that we realized our error and asked the customer to return the wrong item to us by sealing the package back up, write “REFUSED” on the outside of the box and drop it back in the mail. We trust that our customers will work with us to correct this mistake. We do make every effort to ensure that orders are correct and shipped out quickly, but sometimes mistakes do happen.

Well that is good that things are getting taken care of i will let you know when the G3s show up. i couldnt find that email that they sent it might have got bounced or something.
