Cons:
never worked satisfactorily

I had the card for 6 months. Used it at the office and on the road. If you don't download constantly, it will lock up the connection. Rebooting or pulling the card is the only remedy. TMobile tech support is a waste of time - they tell you to reboot. All the Knology cable field support guys use this card and are having the same problems. Total waste of time & money from my experience.

It is a brilliant card,setup was easy and indeed only 20minutes as promised. I had used an Option VODA GPRS Card before. It took me almost 72hours to setup and a heavy phonebill. This one was so easy. It is as easy ABC:- You place the cd in your CDRom it loads up, the steps takes 15minutes maximum and you put the AirCard in slot and you are online. The system then ask you which access you want via the air card manager. You can select both wi-fi and gsm/gprs or one. You can even download all your phone numbers onto the aircard manager and send and receive test on your laptop. I am still researching if i can use the card abroad with a local in country sim card. But for now i know my T-mobile card will work overseas anyway.

* WLAN and GPRS in one device
* Good performance
* Surprising bonus on the WLAN front
